A website care plan is a recurring monthly service for agreed maintenance tasks, routine software updates, and small improvements on an existing website. Rather than hiring an in-house webmaster or paying unpredictable hourly agency rates, you receive predictable monthly support with clearly defined limits and scheduled sessions.

No. Standard plans operate on scheduled monthly maintenance sessions and agreed task delivery slots. They do not include daily manual checks or 24/7 continuous monitoring. If you need dedicated uptime alerts, we can discuss configuring third-party monitoring services under a custom agreement.

Eligibility depends on the underlying platform, technical setup, host access, and whether the website can be properly maintained by VELNXT. WordPress websites (whether built using Gutenberg, Elementor, Astra, or custom themes) are our primary focus. We review your site structure during onboarding before accepting any plan.

VELNXT offers website design services, but new website development, complete overhauls, major redesigns, and eCommerce migrations are quoted separately as fixed-scope projects. Our monthly Website Care Plans are specifically dedicated to maintaining and iteratively improving existing, accessible WordPress sites.

No. Each package has a strictly defined monthly request allowance (e.g., up to 2 small requests on Essential, up to 4 on Care Plus). This allows us to deliver high quality, reliable testing and prompt turnaround without overcommitting capacity. Any task beyond your monthly allowance can be quoted separately.

Timelines are confirmed after each task is reviewed and scoped. Work is scheduled thoughtfully within standard business hours and is not an emergency or same-day service by default. Typical small content updates are scheduled and delivered within 2 to 3 business days of receiving all necessary assets.

Care Plus and Custom plans include agreed minor on-page SEO updates (such as updating title tags, meta descriptions, image alt tags, or fixing internal links). Full organic SEO campaigns, keyword research, backlink building, blog article writing, and technical site audits are not part of standard care plans.

No. Website care keeps your existing business details accurate, links functioning, forms tested, and WordPress core/plugins sound. However, commercial conversion, inbound inquiries, and sales depend heavily on your industry, competitive pricing, marketing channels, and broader market factors. We never make unsupported commercial guarantees.

Not by default. Third-party costs—such as your web hosting server fees, domain renewal, premium theme licenses, and commercial plugin subscriptions—are paid directly by you to the respective providers. We manage, configure, and update them on your behalf.

Major security incidents, brute-force compromises, hacked codebases, and server outages fall outside standard care plans. We ensure routine updates and backup safeguards to minimize risks. If an emergency occurs, malware cleanup and recovery are quoted and handled as a separate intervention subject to technical viability.
