Please review these operational guidelines before requesting a website care plan. We believe in clear expectations from day one:
1. Prices are proposed starting prices and may exclude applicable taxes.
2. Plans apply to one existing WordPress website unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. All requests must be submitted through the agreed communication channel.
4. Work is scheduled in advance; it is not an on-demand emergency service.
5. Unused requests do not automatically roll over to the next month.
6. Additional work requires a separate quotation and client approval.
7. Hosting fees, premium plugin licences, paid tools, and third-party charges are excluded unless explicitly included in writing.
8. Backups must be verified or appropriately configured before updates where feasible.
9. Updates can occasionally cause compatibility issues. We explain the agreed backup, testing, and recovery approach before starting.
10. Website security incidents, hacked websites, server outages, custom development, and major repairs are outside standard plans.
11. No guarantee of search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or uninterrupted website availability.
